This is proof of how vast the power of the Sabah Chief Minister. We have many questions, why everything about logs should go through Chief Minister ONLY, and not through the whole Sabah cabinet? Does Chong Kah Kiat when agreeing to the price and/or conditions & requirements, gets due professional & consultative information and advice? Were there any concrete and sound foundations to base on when making such decisions?

The big question mark is : where is the cleanliness? where is the transparency??!!
